Each user has their own monthly subscription. A club can cover the full subscription for selected members. Card payments renew automatically, and invoices are always available in the app and sent by email. GPS tracking is included in plans for horse owners, trainers and clubs.

Want to cover subscriptions for your trainers or members? With the Club plan, you can purchase additional licences and assign them to whoever you choose. The more licences you select, the lower the price per licence.

Frequently asked questions about subscriptions and payments

Does GPS tracking cost extra?

No. GPS tracking is included in plans for horse owners, trainers and clubs.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe's secure payment system. Your subscription renews automatically, and invoices are available in the app and sent to you by email.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and give you a few days to update your payment method. You can continue using Equestrily without interruption during this period. You can update your payment details directly in the app.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using Equestrily until the end of your already paid billing period.

We operate as a business. Can we receive invoices in our company name?

Yes. Add your company details in the app and your invoices will be issued to your company. E-invoices are also available for business customers.

What does it mean when a club covers a member's subscription?

A club can cover the full subscription for a selected member. In that case, the member pays nothing and uses the app exactly as usual, while the subscription is billed to the club.

Can I use Equestrily without a club?

Yes. Riders, horse owners and trainers can use Equestrily completely independently. You can join a club at any time without losing any of your data.
